Can we stop saying 'tomorrow morning' without a time zone?

A calendar invitation handles the conversion. The messages before it don't. 'Friday afternoon' turns into a little research project when the team is spread across countries, and daylight saving makes it worse. I'd love to paste a proposed time into a chat and have everyone see their own local version. What's your least annoying workaround?
